D\u00e9tailler en petits tas, les rouler dans du sucre glace, puis les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Former avec le pouce un petit creux au centre.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner pour une quinzaine de minutes : les amaretti doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9s mais pas trop cuits.
